The cottage is perfect. We were there for the autumn holidays a bunch of 7 families with children 2-12 years, a total of 30 people, and we were very satisfied. The cottage corresponds to the description, the equipment is older but clean. Location great and the view from the terrace absolutely breathtaking. I was surprised by the size of the common room and corridors. The children flew there and enjoyed it. The kitchen is sufficient, there was no lack of glass, cutlery, plenty of knives, pans classically nothing much, but it's everywhere. We missed the little bowls a bit. The bathrooms and the toilet clean, the flowing shower head was repaired immediately, we didn't even have to report. We occasionally heard or met forest workers staying in the neighborhood, but no problem. They were very noisy once and the owner quickly leveled them. I personally appreciate the approach of the owner. I booked the cottage in a hurry, paid a deposit and only then read the reviews here. A few are bad enough. So I called the owner and asked. She explained everything to me and since we had no problem with our (previously announced) dog or the owner's son, I believe that the problem was more from the tenants. Otherwise, there is a beautiful walk to the Lčovice waterfall (there are no marked paths, you have to "break through" the forest, but it is beautiful there). If you are not looking for luxury, but you just need peace, I highly recommend it.

Mrs. Serink's apartments are great. Beautiful environment, perfect arrangement, friendly to dogs, perfect cleanliness and great equipment.

Very good accommodation. It is autumn and it is warm, cozy and clean. Pleasant owners and beautiful nature. Only the restaurants are closed here, they are not people. Otherwise accommodation, nature and tourism ok.
