Penzion U Zpěváků - Nové Hutě 54

We stayed here a week, 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms were nice and clean, the water in the bathroom had to be drained for a while before it was warm, but we were warned at the beginning, so no problem. It's a common reproach in reviews, but when you let the water drain, it flows warm in the morning, during the day and in the evening. Breakfast buffet, where there was a really large selection of everything - eggs, sausages, ham, salami, cheese, homemade jam, homemade cakes, fruits, vegetables, breakfast cereals, pâtés, honey ... In other reviews you can read how Mr. the housekeeper is watching at breakfast - so I can add the only thing to that, and that is that the housekeeper is watching carefully for something on the table and as soon as something comes up, he immediately replenishes from the kitchen - before you can blink. The kitchen is run and the owner cooks in the guest house. For dinner always a delicious and honest soup and a choice of two dishes that you report the day before. More or less classic Czech cuisine is cooked (steak, goulash, ham spots, roasted chicken), again everything is honest. The pension has a restaurant where you can eat during the day, we tried minutes during the day and we were satisfied, or you can sit on the terrace in the evening. There is no noise from the restaurant in the rooms. You can play table tennis in the garden, and when it rains you can use the club room, which features a piano, board games and billiards. The landlord flooded us in the fireplace there. Overall, the accommodation was great. Mr and Mrs are very nice and take good care not only of the guest house, but also of their guests. We would love to go back there again. Edit: I've already seen reviews of people who were accommodated at the same time as us, and I see that those who bring their own drinks to the restaurant (even with glasses) and the like shout the most. So you probably won't be really satisfied anywhere.

Pension U Zpěváků is a place where you can find and drink well. Pilsen and the classic raspberry have been erased. Honest steak and kulajda are a great reward after a day's march through Šumava. The prices at the location are favorable and the sanitary facilities are clean ...

Never again - a room next to the boiler room and quite annoying staff ..

Today we returned from the Singers, we were there for a week and even for the second time. Very nice family, clean accommodation, towels, bath towels, hair dryer, liquid soap in the room. Warmth in the room. The food is very tasty, the breakfast is excellent, absolutely everyone can choose. Super facilities for the whole family. I think it doesn't matter if it's winter or summer, it will be great there at any time of the year. I hope to see you again next year. Thank you very much for a nice girl

So, after 30 years, I looked again at the places of my youth ... Nové Hutě in Šumava. And we just happened to stop for something small. The choice fell on the small pension U Zpěváků. Quite a cozy pub where you can't expect the pinnacle of gastronomy, but such garlic and kulajda really came to taste. And ham skins from the daily menu. All good and for a good price. I think it's a nice lunch. I wish a lot of satisfied customers and good luck.
