★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst services, almost all drivers putting up their masks after a client is in a car. There is almost no difference between chip and comfort ride. You should be ashame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver stole from me. Never arrived and registered short drive. Did not respond to my phone calls. Immediatelly I submitted complaint to support. 3 days and I have no response. The fact I almost missed theatre and had to take my own car after all the waiting makes me even more angry.

Customer service is totally useless, 0 help,0 information, the lady hang up on phone when she heard that I was speaking English, which is totally unacceptable 0 out of 10, do not recommend to anyone, rather buy Mcdonalds or KFC does not matter, I think even the kebab is way better in communicating with their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand why there’re so many bad reviews, but i’m totally okay with Bolt services. I’ve been using it since 2018 and had no troubles yet. Bolt Food is fine. The couriers are polite, not many of them speak English (sometimes they don’t even speak Czech), but I think it’s amazing that they provide jobs for students and expats. Bolt taxi and 2-wheels are also okay, I used their taxi services so many times and never faced with rudeness or something. And I find it amazing that they always create some promotions (bolt food and bolt taxi too) for no reason :) So yeah, there’re not too many good services in Czech republic (Dame Jidlo lol), but Bolt is definitely one of the best one :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s terrible app and terrible support team, especially Laura and Leon in Prague. My boyfriend was ordering food from this app more than 30 times and today the order came with someone’s hairs! When he contacted the support telling about our problem, they said “oh, sorry, after inspection of your acc, we will not refund u food or money, solve ur problem with urself, thank you”… Laura just left the chat, asking only to rate our conversation. Huh, it was awful and unhelpful totally. After asking the reason of her attitude, she didn’t even explain what happened! After Leon joined to the chat, and leaved without anything. I think that it’s not professional, rude and annoying. There is no trust to this app. You are ordering, paying and having hairs in the food in the end! I deleted this app and I will use others, what offering to all of u, my family and friends. I’m so disappointed, will never use ur application again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Bolt a many times. The issue is when there is a problem with your order. One time my order arrived with chewing gum on it. Today, it is the wrong food. If you try to contact about a refund, there is no response. The restaurant doesn’t resolve, the courier hangs up. So you end up with inedible food and no solution .
It is definitely worth spending a little extra and ordering on Wolt.
