Today, November 19, 2021, at 5:02 pm, I visited my doctor's office with my dog, saying that my dog ​​is vomiting and has yellow-green, gloomy diarrhea with a fairly loud rumble in his stomach. I told this in the waiting room to the nurse who went to see a doctor. When she returned, she informed me that they had a surgery by 5:00 pm and that they would charge CZK 700 two minutes after this closing time. for an emergency in a veterinary surgery where they have no emergency! And two minutes after closing time! This is how they make money on people and animals, abusing people who would pay them anything for their pets again. Well, I'll take my dog ​​where they really have an emergency service and I was there for the last time :-(

I met Dr. Tíkal and his wife in Prague, when the doctor helped our fence a lot. I was perhaps on the 10th visits of various veterinarians who would operate on the spine and the like. The doctor correctly diagnosed the female with a non-functional thyroid gland, which caused her epilepsy. Then, after a few years, I accidentally found out that the doctor had his surgery in Boleslav, so I went to see him. Our second female had a mammary tumor in May 2021, the doctor did not expect anything, he gave us an early date for surgery and gently operated on an encapsulated tumor. He sent it to hystology and there they confirmed that it was malignant, cut out whole, so it did not interfere anywhere. They wanted to radically take both bars straight in Prague and I am glad that I was right here, not only that the wound was small, beautifully treated, it healed wonderfully, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the approach they take here when you bring a dog for surgery. Our bitch is timid, she was very scared. She was in my arms the whole time, and when they took the medication that reassured her, the doctor took her in her bag, which she knows directly to the hall. He took blood from the same cannula, so he didn't bother her with another puncture. Since I'm from Prague, I was waiting for the bitch in the parking lot. Immediately after the operation, the doctor called how the operation turned out and that he would call me when she woke up completely and her medication dropped. In another hour, the doctor called for me to come and our little bitch was already walking towards me. She received pain medication for several hours, she was completely fine. Absolute long-term satisfaction. Greetings to Dr. Tikal and his entire team and thank you :)
