★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kočka nám umřela a dávám to této veterine za vinu, špatný přístup i stanovení diagnózy. Neochota, tahání peněz a velmi špatná komunikace. Informace o stavu kočky jsem musela z pana doktorka (Langer ml.) vyloženě dolovat, navíc ani nebyly přesné, nechával mě u domněnky, že ji srazilo auto, přitom ji pomordoval pes po zjištění na jiné veterině. Ošetřil jen viditelnou ránu a zbylých si ani nevšiml. Kočka měla i zlomenou nohu, volala jsem dopředu a neřekl mi, že nejsou schopni ji případně zoperovat. Aspoň toho využil, aby vydělal, udělal rtg a kočku mi vrátil domu ve stejném stavu a dal mi ATB a ať jdu k ortopedovi. Díky tomu, že ji dal anestezii na ten rtg, tak jsem musela na operaci čekat do druhého dne. Sestra se při každé me otázce vysmívala, při odpovědi cvakala propiskou a celkově jsem měla dojem, že je obtěžuji, hlavně ať už zaplatím a jdu. Byla to mladá a zdravá kočka, ještě ani neměla rok. Tady opravdu není srdečný přístup ke zvířatům, jděte raději jinam, určitě vám pomohou více.

At least he used it to make money, did an X-ray and returned the cat to my house in the same condition and gave me an ATB and let me go to the orthopedist. Because he gave her anesthesia for the x-ray, I had to wait until the next day for surgery. The nurse laughed at me every time, clicked a pen when answering me, and overall I had the impression that I was bothering them, especially whether I paid and went. She was a young and healthy cat, not even a year old. There really isn't a cordial approach to animals here, you better go elsewhere, they will definitely help you more.
