★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkně zásobená prodejna, ale já ji využívám především k vyzvednutí objednávek uskutečněných na eshopu. Výborné je, že prodejna je hned u stanice metra C Kačerov, takže dobrá dostupnost.
 Nicely stocked store, but I use it mainly to pick up orders made at the e-shop. It is excellent that the store is right next to the metro station C Kačerov, so good accessibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap bookstore near the metro Háje. Because it offers one of the best prices in the city it's usually overcrowded so it's normal to wait in the line, especially before the Christmas time when you can spend more then 30 minutes there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everythink was ok, but that feeling when you unpack the book and there is barcode sticer on it is horible. It riund my positives vibes from the book. And it sticks really well I can´t get it down properlly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of books 5 stars, but service booktook itself awful. I made an order on 5.11.2020, and received it completely only 07.01.2021.. 2 months to get some books for children.
No response by email, and no response on my complain.
Not recommend this service if you want to receive the book as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had very bad experience with their e-shop. So many problems and no wish to help a customer. Delivery date on the website before purchase was wrong. Information that they actually shipped an item was wrong. When asked to help with delivery as they didn't do it on time they didn't reply. In the end delivered item was damaged (NOT BY POST - WAS ALREADY SENT LIKE IT). Since price was little I asked them with all those problems just refund making at least something from this order. They told first I need to fill some forms and than send order back. After all problems above? Thanks
