★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha hrozná kacerov pracovníky vymenit a ihned. Arogantní ani nepozdravi a stava se to furt. Zákusky vse vynikající ale obsluhu vymenit. Zadna komunikace, ani nepozdravi a rovnou platit kartou a ani se nezepta zda to je vse a jak budu platit. Skoda, kdyby byla jina obsluha chodil bych tam častěji a i známí. Ale hold vsichni jsou radeji jinde. Hodne spatne zkusenosti dlouhodobě. :-) tak aspon u konkurence o dost lepsi personál:-)
The staff of the terrible kacerov workers replace and immediately. Arrogant or greetings and it always happens. Desserts all excellent but the staff replaced. No communication, neither say hello and pay straight with the card and don't even ask if that's all and how I'll pay. It's a pity, if there was a different staff, I would go there more often and acquaintances. But tribute everyone is better elsewhere. Lots of bad experience in the long run. :-) at least in the competition with much better staff :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha netečná, zákusek gumový, evidentně už si tam pár dní poležel. Byla jsem zde poprvé a naposled.
The staff was indifferent, rubber dessert, apparently he had been lying there for a few days. I was here for the first and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2,2 hvězdičky a recenze zde mě odradily. Pak jsem to riskla a byla mile překvapená. Obsluha milá a vstřícná. Velký výběr kopečkové zmrzliny, pohárů a zákusků, točená zmrzlina, čisté a útulné posezení uvnitř. Káva výborná a po každém hostu obsluha stoleček otřela a vydezinfikovala. Jen škoda, že všude okolo venku to vypadá dost depresivně. Po setmění bych zde nevystrčila nos…
2.2 stars and reviews here discouraged me. Then I risked it and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is nice and helpful. Large selection of scoops of ice cream, cups and desserts, popsicles, clean and cozy seating inside. The coffee was excellent and after each guest the staff wiped and disinfected the tables. It's a pity that it looks pretty depressing all around. I wouldn't stick my nose out here after dark…
