★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus: Dort esteticky velmi hezký, dětem docela chutnal. Snaha o vstřícnost ze strany firmy.
Minus: Chuťově bezvýrazné - neurazí, nenadchne. Mě a manžela spíš nenadchl, děti ho jedly.
Hodně zmatečné webové stránky - nabídka odběru ze dvou míst z nichž jedno neexistuje (majitel se ale nabídl, že dort i tak doveze na místo bývalé výdejny). Přestože jsem objednala veganskou verzi, majiteli se tato informace nezobrazila. Bez dodatečného upozornění bych pravděpodobně obdržela normální variantu dortu (vzhledem k ABKM pro nás k nepoužití).
Stránka nabízí/nenabízí dovoz dortu. Při telefonickém jednání nabídnuto, ale za necelých 500 Kč, což je skoro polovina ceny samotného dortu.
Příště jinde.
Plus: The cake is aesthetically very nice, the children quite enjoyed it. Striving for helpfulness on the part of the company.
Minus: Expressive in taste - does not offend, does not inspire. He and his husband were more excited, the children ate him.
Very confusing website - offer to take from two places, one of which does not exist (but the owner offered to bring the cake to the site of the former dispensary). Although I ordered the vegan version, the owner did not see this information. Without additional notice, I would probably receive a normal variant of the cake (due to ABKM for us not to use).
The site offers / does not offer cake import. Offered during a telephone meeting, but for less than CZK 500, which is almost half the price of the cake itself.
Next time elsewhere.
