★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po zakoupení postele nám byla doručena úplně jiná.Na naše upozornění, dotazy ani reklamace nikdo nereagoval, pouze nám sdělili, že to vyřizuje p.Dubský.To je buď imaginární postava,nebo neumí telefonovat, protože ho zřejmě naše reklamace absolutně nezajímala.Telefonátů bylo hodně, bohužel od firmy BOOM nábytek ani jeden.
After buying the bed we were delivered completely different.On our warnings, questions or complaints nobody responded, only told us that it handles p.Dubský.This is either an imaginary figure, or can not call, because he apparently absolutely not interested in our complaints. a lot, unfortunately from BOOM furniture neither.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S obchodem mám stejnou negativní zkušenost jako přispěvatel níže. Zakoupil jsem komodu, ve které byli červotoči. Reklamoval jsem ji a byla slíbena náhrada. Nicméně od té doby (6 měsíců) nemám ani komodu ani peníze a hlavně ani nevím na čem jsem. Je nemožné se spojit s p. Dubským, ostatní zaměstnanci se odkazují na něj jako na jediného kompetentního v této věci. Komunikace z jejich strany veškerá žádná. V tomto obchodě už mě nikdo neuvidí.
I have the same negative experience with business as the contributor below. I bought a chest of drawers with worms. I complained about it and a replacement was promised. However, since then (6 months) I have neither a chest of drawers nor money and most importantly I don't even know what I'm up to. It is impossible to contact Mr. Dubsky, other employees refer to him as the only competent person in this matter. Communication on their part all none. No one will see me in this shop again.
