The staff was rude, they just kept chatting with each other loudly which made a big noise, and didn’t even greet the customers while we entered the store. By the time for the bills check, a female staff who had a tattoo on her left arm was still chatting with the other staff. The only sentence she said to me is: “it’s XXX dollars “ . When I mentioned about tax free, she just said “I’ll make you a form” without any eye contact. By the end, she just handed me over the products I bought without any simple smile or “thank you” and STILL kept chatting with her colleague! BOTANICUS should find a better staff for themselves.
