★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní ignorance. Dopoledne jsme zakoupili boiler a po dvou hodinách jsme ho nemohli vrátit. Boiler nebyl ani vyndaný z krabice. Když jsme paní volali kvůli informaci kdy můžeme boiler vrátit tak paní byla velice neochotná, protivná, nepříjemná, zřejmě s dvojciferným IQ a velice ignoranská. V tomto obchodě už nikdy v životě nenakoupíme. Niní se pokusíme vymáhat vrácení peněz a vrácení zbytečného boileru. Doufám že se ostatní poučí a v tomto obchodě nebude nakupovat.
Absolute ignorance. In the morning we bought a boiler and after two hours we could not return it. Boiler wasn't even out of the box. When we called the lady for information on when we could return the boiler, the lady was very reluctant, annoying, unpleasant, probably with a double-digit IQ and very ignorant. We will never buy in this store again in our lives. Then we will try to demand a refund and the return of an unnecessary boiler. I hope that others will learn and will not shop in this store.
