O	Olga Shentseva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice and quite. Located very close to the old town. The rooms are very big and has a lot of free space. Yet, sometimes they have issue with support help. Asked for iron 2 times and got it in 2 days after the complaining.

One thing I hate on this hotel, is that I miss the breakfast, everytime I sleep there, because, the have the best beds... :) Thank You Botanique team. See you soon.
o	oli ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Located near the city center, next to a metro and tram station and different grocery stores. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good wifi connection, water kettle and small fridge available in the room, international channels on TV, good breakfast buffet, a nice little gym in the basement. Negative: - Our room would need some renovation. Carpet was dirty. - A lot of people: For the check-in we had to wait for over 20 minutes. For the breakfast it wasn't easy to find a table during peak times. - Breakfast buffet: More variation would be appreciated. We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and the cakes were exactly the same everyday. - The hotel pretends to be environmentally friendly but isn't: For example, they sometimes put plastic straws in there "smoothie of the day" - absolutely unnecessary. Or everywhere there are bins to separate waste like glass and plastic but we saw the housekeeping staff throwing it all together in a big rubbish sack - ridiculous. - The hotel staff could be friendlier. We passed by the reception a hundert times. Never ever a "hi" or a smile from them. Doesn't make you feel like a guest. Overall, we can recommend the hotel but there is certainly potential for improvement.
B	Bonita Ackerman du Preez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant stay under difficult restrictions. We stayed 5-9 December 2021 just as the Czech gov closed bars/restaurants at 10 pm and the UK gov incl. lateral flow tests before your return to the UK. The hotel did everything they could to make our stay fabulous. Check in was quick and smooth, they installed a fridge in reception with a great selection of beer/wine/cocktails for use after 10 pm. The hotel also arranged our lateral flow tests and someone came to our hotel room to take the test for £16 ea. Breakfast was excellent and includes cooked items, a pancake machine, continental items, cereals and gluten free cereals and breads. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is a 27 min walk from Charles Bridge and we walked everywhere. It’s totally safe. If you want to use the tram or train, it’s opposite the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back next year. The current Omicron Covid restrictions did not stop us having a fabulous 4 days in this gorgeous city.

Wifi strong and reliable, however bandwidth-wise it is on the lower side - still plenty sufficient for e-mails and presentation slides... Breakfast like in a good Czech hotel - simple, rich and very tasty. This hotel will be my destination of choice for future travels. Oh, did I mention the hotel us basically plastic free? Even the hotel room cards are made of bamboo! (and they let me keep one)
E	Elisa Murphy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is extremely clean The staff were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for you Esp the evening barstaff, always a smile and very welcoming I had breakfast everyday and the selection and quality was excellent. The dinner was exceptional Central location can walk to most of the local attractions within half an hour. I am leaving tomorrow but would definitely come back

The rooms were super clean and the shower was delightful, staff were very friendly and provided a secure service to hold and store baggage. This hotel is in a great location and was close to all the best shopping areas in Prague and it was delightfully close to the bus station. We also found a beautiful pizza place just behind this hotel that is worth checking out. The only thing that I could possibly improve would be that one of the pictures of a crispy leaf was upside down. I had to remove the offending picture and rotate it the correct way up.
