Chci taká bezpečnostní dveře, ale díky této firmě vím, kde si je určitě neobjednám. The company that supplies the door for 2 months has nothing to do on the market. Chápu, že kluci asi nemají nejvyšší vzdělání aby se mohli vyjádřit na normální komunikativní úrovni, ale že mi řeknou, ať si dám věšák "doprdele" a začnou řezat ještě než jsem stihla vylézt z chodby, to je masakr. Možná by to nevadilo normální ženě, ale mě, jako těhotné, toto jednání neskutečně naštvalo. Po práci neuklizeno, kusy sutě se válely po chodbě s prezentováním že oni mi na tu chodbu nemůžou jít (celou dobu tam byli) a že je opravdu nemáme otravovat na konci šichty. až když přišel manžel tak to urovnal, protože mě, jakožto ženu, mají vítekde. Oba chlapi,kteří ke mně přišli se chovali tak, jak se na profesionály sluší a patří. Za to jim moc děkuji. Dohodnout se s nimi dalo na všem. Trochu mě mrzelo,že nabízené kafe nebo čaj odmítali. Namontovali krásně dveře a dokonce po sobě uklidili! Už jsem v bytě měla několik řemeslníků,ale tihle byli nejlepší. Nebojím se od této firmy vybrat další produkt. Jediné,co mě trochu vadí je,že nenabízejí demontáž původních dveří. The company came to my door to do this week. I love my door. I got more from the company than I expected. Místo kvalitních dveří, jsem se po šesti týdnech čekání dočkala výsledku na fotce. Začalo to již příjezdem pánů, kteří byli naladěni na vše, jen ne na práci. Jednání stylem ,,paní domácí, uděláte nám kafíčko.." ani raději nekomentuji. Po několika hodinách práce pánové v klidu odešli a já jsem nevěřila svým očím, když jsem se vracela po schodech do bytu - kukátko bylo cca o 10cm posunuté od středu na levou stranu, do očí bijící!!!! Je pro mě nepochopitelné, že věděli hned, že udělali chybu a v klidu odešli a dveře za 20 tisíc mi takto nechali!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Druhý den jsem odjížděla pryč a vracela se za tři dny. Ihned po návratu jsem kontaktovala prodejnu Boulit. Paní okamžitě věděla, kdo jsem, evidentně tedy o celém problému věděla!! Přijela jsem do firmy a paní mě uvítala slovy:,,my víme, stala se chyba, chtěla jsem vás kontaktovat"...CHTĚLA??????? Za tři dny se mi nikdo neozval a dle mého názoru jste čekali, zda se ozvu... HNUS!!! Naprosto neprofesionální chování!!! Jako "kompenzace" za zkažené dveře mi byla nabídnuta jmenovka v hodnotě 800kč, kterou jsem si měla dát vedle kukátka... to je snad vtip???? Dveře za 20 tisíc a náhrada v podobě jmenovky? To je k nevíře po tom, jak se dosud situace vyvíjela...Když jsem paní odmítla, řekla mi, že neví, co dál, že počítala s tim, že nabídku přijmu.. vy jste asi počítali naprosto se vším, že to přijmu, nebo se neozvu, nemám slov... Kompenzace tisíc kč mi také přišla směšná po tom, co mi paní potvrdila, že celá zakázka je na reklamaci... odešla jsem se slevou 10% čili dva tisíce kč a do ted toho lituji, protože jsem nechtěla čekat dalších 6 týdnů na nové dveře... Měla jsem zakázku reklamovat a nemusela bych se ted denně dívat na tento výtvor. ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI!!! After a few hours of work, the gentlemen left in peace and I couldn't believe my eyes when I was returning the stairs to the apartment - the peephole was about 10 cm from the left side, striking !!!! It is incomprehensible to me that they knew right away that they had made a mistake and left in peace and left the door for 20 thousand left me like this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! The next day I left and returned in three days. Immediately after returning I contacted the Boulit store. The lady immediately knew who I was, so obviously she knew about the whole problem !! the lady greeted me with the words: "we know, it was a mistake, I wanted to contact you" ... WANTED ??????? No one called me in three days and in my opinion you were waiting for me to call ... HNUS !!! Absolutely unprofessional behavior !!! As a "compensation" for the spoiled door, I was offered a name tag worth 800 CZK, which I had to put next to the peephole ... is that a joke ???? A door for 20,000 and a replacement in the form of a name tag? It's unbelievable after the situation has developed so far ... When I refused, the lady told me that she didn't know what to do next, that she expected to accept the offer ... you probably counted on absolutely everything that I would accept it , or I won't answer, I have no words ... The compensation of one thousand CZK also seemed ridiculous to me after the lady confirmed to me that the whole order is for a complaint ... I left with a 10% discount or two thousand CZK and I regret it now, because I didn't want to wait another 6 weeks for a new door ... I had to complain about the order and I wouldn't have to look at this creation every day now. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Neznalost prodávaných produktů.. Mimo to firma nebyla během ani během několika dnů schopna zaslat nabídku. Toto opravdu není firma, kde bych chtěl utratit statisíce...
