★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We'd heard about this restaurant's great reputation so decided to make a detour from our road trip and try it out for ourselves.
We had one dish from the daily menu and then coffee and cake – all totally amazing. Based on what we had, the place is a culinary gem!
The restaurant was almost full mid-afternoon, atmosphere dynamic and laid-back. It's got just the right balance between relaxing and lively. The decor is informal and pretty cool.
Service is friendly and prompt – some other reviews I've read say the staff are unfriendly and rude – we found the exact opposite, even though they were very busy with so many customers.
Fully recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably caught a really bad day, as we were told by the stuff. I booked the place for 1 pm for a family lunch. When we arrived the restaurant was full. We were told that they were very sorry, but the kitchen "slipped" and people who were sitting on our reservation hadn't been served. They did not have any suggestion for us and let us linger by the bar with our little daughter. We were not offered any drinks, no optional seating. When the rest of the family arrived we were waiting another half an hour to be seated with still no drinks, no menu. Finally we got our table. Summery, booking at 1 pm, food served at 2.40 with no cutlery. It was hard to believe this was the restaurant recommended everywhere. Everything went wrong. Such a pity. It has a really great potential and very nice atmosphere, food was enjoyble, but after such an experience, not fully appreciated. We were offered free coffee as a compensation, which was nice. I could recommend this cafe only in quite times, they are not prepared for a busy Easter weekends. I'd give it 4 stars for the idea, although the skilled French chef needs to be supported by flexible and professional stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place in a great location. It is a bit pricey for where it is but you definitely get good value for your money. Food is superb, wine selection excellent and, unlike others here, I was also very satisfied with the service. Our room was big, clean and very nicely decorated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel sorry for such bad review because staff was very nice and smiling! But The food.. I ordered traditional czech soup kulajda. They served me cold soup with (I don’t know how possible) cutted hair rubber.. consistency was also not the best.. We didn’t pay for soup but in such level of restaurant I would expect “something” to change your feeling and experience..
