P	Petra Holubová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyz jsme prisli, tak na pulte lezel listecek, ze obsluha ma pauzu (cas na uklizeni nadobi) a bylo nam receno, ze mame prijit za cca 20min. Kdyz jsme se vratili, tak cas byl posunut dal a opet jsme byli odmitnuti, ale po diskuzi s obsluhou nam prodali alespon zmrzlinu…na tak frekventovane misto a velkou zahradkou jsou dve slecny na obsluhu fakt malo… Edit: Dobry den, ano, mate pravdu, jednu hvezdu si nezaslouzite. Psala jsem v navalu negativni zkusenosti. Rozumim tomu, ze se deji nejake nepredvidatelne situace, ale z pozice hosta bych ocenila, ze kdyz se musi zavrit na pul hodiny, tak aby to doopravdy byla pul hodina a cas se dal neprodluzoval. Komunikace ze strany obsluhy v tomhle nebyla idealni a zkazilo to cely dojem z navstevy. Cukrárna se vydává za řemeslnou výrobnu zmrzliny, ovšem pravda byla taková, že jediné co s pravým italským gelatem mají společné je italský název na ubrouscích. Uvnitř se opravdu před náma právě míchala čerstvá zmrzlina, která ale vznikala z předem koupené práškové sušené směsi. Mléko to nevidělo ani z rychlíku a jediné další ingredience byly nejspíš aromata. O chuti se asi vyjadřovat ani nebudeme. Za tu cenu bych se tento polotovar styděla prodávat. Prostor pro posezení je malý, ale příjemný a jakmile se uvolnila zahrádka, tak jsem si přesedli. Děkujeme za milou obsluhu od černovlasé slečny, určitě se sem ještě tento týden vrátíme na kafe, výborné vafle a zmrzlinu meruňkový koláč, tu jsem opravdu ještě nikde neměl a byla luxusní. Jen bych přidal stojan pro kola, protože jsme je museli opřít o zábradlí, jinak ale nemám co vytknout ? Great patisserie on the square in Kašperské hory.
