Nabízí v podstatě již prodané, což se člověk dozví až na prohlídce, když se optá. Následně volá, že došlo ke změně a nemovitost je pro nás k dispozici, aby nám další den oznámila, že není.
Oproti jiným RK, s kterými jsme měli zkušenosti, naprostá katastrofa. Asi dozvuk přesaturovaného trhu.
Ne, s touto společností opravdu ne.

Complete transactions from A to Z are possible not only in Czech, but also in English thanks to Mr. Batt's native competence. It was my first time selling an apartment, let alone in a country I didn’t speak the language, so it was crucial for me to find someone I could 100% trust. After all their hard work and help I have to write this review to share our experience, which was simply perfect. This was our first property sale in the Czech Republic, and they took care of every detail, guiding us through the process and going out of their way when circumstances demanded. For example, when we were out of Prague and needed paperwork from the cadaster, they personally attended to obtaining the papers themselves. There were many examples like this of Mark and Jana going above and beyond the call of duty to facilitate the transaction. Their experience of the local market was invaluable, and they were able to move our property surprisingly quickly and at a good price. Very highly recommended. Excellent.
