Dokud budou mít MMka ve svých řadách makléře typu pana Frýborta, nebudou v lidech budit důvěru... Neprofesionální a povýšenecký přístup a obchodní praktiky z devadesátých let. Nevěřím a věřit nebudu, jako na divokém západě. Tento makléř si spletl dobu a čas

Chtěli a hlavně jsme potřebovali pomoc od nějakého realitního makléře kvůli prodeji baráku mých rodičů. Touto cestou děkuji makléři za podání pomocné ruky, kterou nám nabídl a jak se k celému případu postavil. Chápal nač spěcháme a to ho celé vedlo k rychlejší práci a rychlému závěru. Pokud někdo potřebuje v takových záležitostech pomoct, nebál bych se oslovil někoho zkušeného.

Služby realitního makléře jsem využil poprvé, stěhovali jsme naši tchýni. Bydlela ve velkém 3+kk a chtěla na stáří něco menšího a hlavně barák s výtahem, makléř našel bydlení přesně podle našich požadavků.

POOR SERVICES WITH LACK OF APPROPRIATE APPROACH TO THE CLIENTS ! and lack of work ethics I had a chance to co operate with MM reality over past few month and sadly Im deeply disappointed with their approach. Back in May/June 2017 I was interested to purchase a flat from them after reconstruction which I was promised to be done in 4 to 6 weeks from the date of start day. I know construction very well as I had own company in US so I accepted delays and i knew it 6 weeks is more realistic time. After 8 weeks when I visited the flat it was almost nothing done. I started to worried if they will do it in 10 weeks time. Meantime I had unpleasant situation with my mortgage adviser and I had to change the bank. Since I told that to MM Reality I started to receive strange emails about fake deadline date and forcing me to use my old bank. I could not believe it as the flat wasn't still finished besides it was 13 weeks since we singed the documents. They didn't want to wait for me as I was waiting for them. Eventually second bank was approved to go ahead by them but unfortunately rejected by the bank as the flat was still not done and they were not able to give me full amount of money. So I proposed to them that they can finish the flat meantime third bank will sort out the mortgage. They said NO and even conversation with Director it didn't help. So I wanted to quit this and I ask for my deposit back. Guess what. Lie after lie and I got few set up email that they will take deposit for their lost time and some kind of fees? Unbelievable situation to digest. So my full deposit for apartment was gone and besides calls and email no one was interested to return it. Luckily my friend solicitor helped me to deal with them and I manged to get it back after another 1 month. In short words unreliable, untruthful and full of lies company. Maybe I was not lucky or maybe they treat other way people from other countries. I have no idea. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY OR RENT A PROPERTY.
