L	Lenka Chuchmová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postup paní makléřky Petržílkové byl pasivní, neseriózní, tudíž vyzněl jako neprofesní. Při zájmu o koupi bytu, jenž se nám líbil, jsme se tak dostali až k podpisu smlouvy (pátek večer),jenž nám pí.makléřka předložila k podpisu. Ta však postrádala některé srozumitelné údaje. Dohodli jsme se proto s makléřkou, že si přes víkend ověříme u majitele ( DV) jeden bod ze smlouvy, k čemuž nám sdělila, že nemusíme, že nám přes víkend zašle mailem jejich stanovy. Dohodli jsme se proto vzájemně, že o byt máme zájem, že v pondělí zajdeme na banku a v úterý do RK podepsat smlouvu. V pondělí jsme tedy kontaktovali makléřku, že nám nic od ní nepřišlo a že bychom rádi věděli v kterou dobu se máme následující den dostavit k domluvenému podpisu smlouvy. Bylo nám však sděleno, že v kanceláři dosud nebyla, ale, že nás musí zklamat, že byt je již prodán! Jako klient se cítíte naprosto podveden a nabízí se pro prostor k spekulaci pro zvláštní praktiky ze strany makléřky, jenž zastupuje RK Real Expert s.r.o. Kontakt na nás znala a o jiném průběhu nás taktéž nekontaktovala. Mrs. Petržílková's approach was passive, unreliable, and therefore sounded unprofessional. When we were interested in buying an apartment we liked, we got to sign the contract (Friday evening), which Mrs. Mrs. submitted to us for signing. However, it lacked some intelligible data. Therefore, we agreed with the broker that we will verify with the owner (DV) one point of the contract, which she told us that we do not have to send us their statutes over the weekend. Therefore, we agreed to each other that we are interested in the apartment, that we will go to the bank on Monday and sign a contract on Tuesday. So on Monday we contacted a broker that we did not receive anything from her and that we would like to know at what time the next day we should come to the agreed signing of the contract. However, we were told that she was not in the office yet, but that we must be disappointed that the apartment is already sold! As a client, you feel totally deceived and offer you room for speculation for special practices by a broker who represents RK Real Expert s.r.o. She knew contact with us and did not contact us about any other course.

Absolutne pana Cerneho a jeho realitku NEDOPORUCUJI. Mr. Executive of RealExpert, Martin Cerny, is not only a big fan of the real estate market, but also shows completely unprofessional behavior. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND Mr. Cerny and his realtor.
