★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spokojenost. Vybral jsem si na e-shopu pokosovou pilu, když se však ukázalo, že již není k dispozici, tak prodejce mi sám aktivně zavolal a nabídl alternativu, kterou na e-shopu ani oficiálně neměl, ale zajistil obratem u svého dodavatele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupili jsme od této firmy dílenský jeřáb s tím, že je schopný revize, má CE, návod v Češtině atd..., prostě všechnu nutnou dokumentaci pro legální používání. Revizák nás vyvedl z omylu, protože na jeřáb chyběl atest na vázací zařízení ( hák ). Firma odmítá atest dodat, protože ho samozřejmě nemá a hájí se, že atest nemusí být. I když jsme prodejci dodali číslo normy, která atest nařizuje, tak prodejce atest prostě nedodal. Za mě je to neseriozní jednání, takže na tohoto prodejce si dejte bacha. To co řekne / napíše, vůbec nemusí být pravda.
We bought a workshop crane from this company with the proviso that it is capable of revision, has CE, instructions in Czech, etc ..., simply all the necessary documentation for legal use. The inspector misled us because the crane lacked a certificate for the lashing device (hook). The company refuses to supply the certificate because, of course, it does not have it and argues that the certificate does not have to be. Although we provided the seller with the number of the standard that mandates the certificate, the seller simply did not provide the certificate. It's an unserious act for me, so watch out for this seller. What he says / writes may not be true at all.
