k	kite servis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto špatná zkušenost. Již třetí a poslední návštěva.Nikdy víc. Pan prodejce s delšímy vlasy vždy nepříjemný (jeho kolega naopak, abych nekřivdil). Do obchodu jsem zanesl v místě koupenou brusku Makitta (na jejich doporučení) na pozáruční servis. Ve chvíli kdy jsem sdělil že se jedná o pozáruční opravu, (2,5 roku stara) ihned komentáře od nepříjemného prodavače jak se to nevyplatí a co všechno se musí vyměnit, že se to nevyplatí. Přitom přímo Makitta, které jsem psal o opravu mne do tohoto obchodu zaslala, s informací, že se nejpravděpodobněji jedná o rotor (nejběžnější závada) a ten stojí cca do 500 + práce (povolit čtyři šroubky). Mým záměrem bylo porouchanou brusku tam nechat v opravě, koupit novou a starou si nechat do rezervy. Nicméně reakce prodavajícího byla nepříjemná a po předchozí zkušešenosti která byla podobná (běžná reklamace) mne opravdu pán naštval. Tedy jsem se otočil a odešel (s poděkováním že mě tak rychle poslali do pr...) Prostě pán nemá rád svoji práci.. Novou brusku jsem si koupil v Obchodě v Bílém Újezdu u pana Novotného kterého tímto doporučuji. Zcela jiný přístup. Tedy, tento servis i prodejce nedoporučuji. Absolutely bad experience. Already the third and last visit.Never more. Mr. seller with long hair always unpleasant (his colleague, on the contrary, not to wrong). I brought the Makitta grinder (on their recommendation) to the shop for the post-warranty service. The moment I said it was a post-warranty repair, (2.5 years old) immediately comments from an unpleasant vendor how it does not pay and what everything has to be replaced, it does not pay. Yet Makitta, which I wrote about the repair sent me to this shop, with the information that it is most likely a rotor (the most common fault) and it costs about 500+ work (loosen four screws). My intention was to have the broken grinder repaired there, buy a new one and keep the old one in reserve. However, the seller's reaction was unpleasant and after previous experience that was similar (normal complaint), I really pissed me. So I turned around and left (thank you for sending me so quickly to pr ...) Just a gentleman does not like his job .. I bought a new grinder in the shop in the White Ujezd Mr. Novotny whom I recommend. A completely different approach. Therefore, I do not recommend this service and the seller.
