 Pleasant environment and service. Food good. The bowling alley would be able to withstand a major reconstruction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi nejlepší místo pro posezení v Bílině. Bar, kulečník, biliard, šipky, stolní fotbal, dobré jídlo, sálonek na soukromé akce, bowling, 2 TV pro sledování sportu a terasa s grillem na léto (v zimě i ideální pro kuřáky).
Edit: Porad starej dobrej bowl, ale malo obsluhy. Ta to bohuzel nestiha.
Probably the best place to sit in Bílina. Bar, billiards, billiards, darts, table football, good food, lounge for private events, bowling, 2 TV for watching sports and a terrace with barbecue for the summer (ideal for smokers in winter).
Edit: Good old bowl advice, but little staff. Unfortunately, she doesn't make it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme mít zamluvený salonek skoro dva měsíce na třídní sraz a když jsme přišli nikde nic napsáno a obsluha nevěděla!!Po našem dotazu zda je salonek volný odpověď zněla " ano,ale nevíme jestli tam nebudeme zapomínat chodit"??? Takže asi tak.Jinak jídlo vcelku slušný a obsluha se snažila.
We were supposed to have a lounge booked for almost two months at a class reunion, and when we came nothing was written anywhere and the staff didn't know !! So that's about it. Otherwise the food was quite decent and the staff tried.

Větší aroganci a čekací dobu na objednání jsem nezažil
Po bowlingu který ani pořádně nefungoval jsme si chtěli dát jídlo ale než utrácet peníze dál tam tak jsme jeli jinam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horší obsluhu jsem dlouho nezažil.. Příště jedině s transparenty "tady jsem", aby si mě vůbec někdo všiml.
Dokonce i v Rumunsku byli rychlejší a to je opravdu co říct...
I haven't experienced worse service for a long time. Next time only with "I'm here" banners so that someone will notice me at all.
Even in Romania they were faster and that's really something to say ...
