★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied at this hotel at all! They give me a room at the very corner in the top floor and the wifi signal sucks!! And they even trick me when I asked for changing the room. They lied that the hotel was full but actually most of the room was empty! Maybe because I am a foreigner? Only one lady in the reception can speak English. The room is not cleaned everyday. The lock was old and difficult to use. It was a terrible experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, i am writing to inform you that i am very dissapointed with your restaurant as i visited your branch yesterday with my family and i have been treated disrespectfully and did not even get the chance to order food as we were told to leave very rudely and we were also told your restuarant is only for hotel customers which is not true as they were other people who have told me that they only visited for dinner. In my whole life i never would have thought i would face racism like i did yesterday when i overheard the servers say 'kick the brown people out' to her colegue. This was my first and last time that i visited your horrible and disrespectful restaurant! You should have a word with your employees because if you keep up with this atittude and service you wont last long!
