★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné, čisté prostředí. Dámy na recepci moc milé, sestra s paní Dr taktéž. Objednaná na čas, ale čekala jsem 20 min což je přijatelné. Za mě spokojenost a mohu doporučit.
 Pleasant, clean environment. Ladies at the front desk very nice, sister and Mrs. Dr too. Ordered on time, but I waited 20 minutes which is acceptable. Satisfaction for me and I can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě spokojenost. Dovolala jsem se na poprvé a termín jsem dostala ještě na tentýž týden. Byla jsem objednaná na 10:10 a v tento čas jsem i byla vyzvána na recepci, na mamo jsem šla do kabinky v 10:14 ...jelikož ještě bylo potřeba kontrolní sono, na které jsem čekala trochu déle, strávila jsem tady necelou hodinku - takže za mě to bylo bez zbytečného čekání. Recepční byla milá, ochotná, empatická...

Vchod domu označen jen malou tabulkou, zvoní se na zvonek s označením Mama centrum, na bzučák vás pustí dovnitř. Ordinace je v prvním patře, za dveřmi si na automatu vyjedete číslo podle požadovaného úkonu a pak už jen sledujete tabuli která vas dál směřuje na recepci či do ordinací.
Satisfaction for me. I called for the first time and I got an appointment for the same week. I was ordered for 10:10 and at this time I was called at the reception, I went to my cabin at 10:14 ... because I still needed a control sono, which I waited a little longer for, I spent less than an hour here - So it was without waiting for me. The receptionist was kind, helpful, empathetic ...
Info:
The entrance to the house is marked only by a small sign, it rings on the bell marked Mama center, the buzzer lets you in. The surgery is on the first floor, behind the door you go to the machine according to the required action and then you just follow the board that goes to the reception or to the surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's difficult to find a nurse who speaks english, and they aren't very polite, but they do a good job. Mammography won't hurt and they handle breasts with care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to devalue people's experiences about rude receptionist , long waiting time etc, but Mama Center was so diligent and brilliant at their job that they caught my wife's breast cancer super early before it had become invasive. They saved her life, basically. I'd always recommend Mama Center. A big thank you to all of you who work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is calm and patient and also accurate. They give you all the information and care about your concerns even if they seems funny. If you book an appointment online, the minimum time for waiting you will have on the due date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called speaking Cz and when she said the next available appointment was in May I wanted to explain my urgent problem so I asked if she spoke English to what she rudely replied no, I don’t need to speak English when we’re in Cz and we speak cz. I was just asking and if she said no I’d continue with my broken cz but this attitude is so unhelpful when you’re in pain and just want to get helped. I went to motol and by god’s surprise the nurse even spoke to me in Spanish the whole time just by recognising my Spanish last name!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was great with them and I was pleasantly surprised after having read the comments. The receptionist was not speaking English but she was super nice and with my extremely poor Czech we managed to communicate perfectly which I appreciated a lot. The doctor was also awesome and spoke perfect English so I could tell her anything I needed. I can understand that each person's experience depends on who will be there at that moment but in my case I have nothing to share but nice comments and professionalism from their side. :) I would definitely go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuff from reception was nice to me but the Dr Gabriela Matejkova and her nurse was a diferent story that made me feel not going there or not recomend the place. I was waiting three months to get an appointment but i was ok with that but after being there i regret the time i waited, the money i spend there and my energy. The reason of their aproch could be because i am not czech..anyway, i left from there disappointed.
