I was in control of the marks and subsequent removal. I was examined by Dr. Grill and I am extremely satisfied with her approach and the whole procedure. The removal of the mark itself took a while and was completely painless.

I have been to the clinic twice so far and each time I am completely satisfied. Beautiful, clean environment. Incredibly nice, helpful and professional approach from the doctor, nurses and at the reception. It was definitely not my last visit and on the contrary I am already looking forward to the next one.

Unfortunately a bad experience. I booked in November for the end of January (in my opinion quite a long time) for the procedure, which costs 10+ thousand, requires a longer recovery (so I had to arrange time off work and the opportunity not to go anywhere for a long time), and to top it all off, it has to be done in the winter season, so I won't have to wait two months for a date in another clinic (definitely not in this one anymore) in the winter and I'll have to postpone it by a year. The term was canceled due to the doctor's illness, which I fully understand is a serious reason. Unfortunately, they could not offer me a replacement appointment at the same or another doctor in the following week (due to the above, a longer wait for the replacement appointment is not acceptable). I consider it very unprofessional, anyone can get sick and it is necessary to anticipate such a situation in advance and have some reasonable solution in place when it comes to interventions that require such complex planning. Quite often, better private practices deal with this, for example, by keeping a reserve in the schedule for similar cases. There is a risk that nothing will happen in the end and they will lose money that day, but if they are interested in providing quality services, they can definitely afford it thanks to higher prices. It is logical that when a client is willing to leave a larger amount, he expects the clinic to be more interested in his satisfaction. He must be in balance with an interest in making a profit. I have to say that the receptionist was really nice to me, she said that "she is sorry but she can't do anything about it", and that is true, this would have to be addressed at a higher level. But I'm glad that the approach to clients manifested itself before I went there for the bigger procedure. I certainly believe that the medical services themselves are great, but unfortunately it doesn't matter, in the end a huge waste of time and complications due to nothing. I will never go back and recommend it to anyone.
