★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor customer service and the quality of treatments. The receptionists are extremely rude and arrogant. The treatment for armpits in this clinic is terrible, it is just useless. No results, the doctors seem to be kind but not smart enough. This place is just all about commerce. I came there for several treatment. Also, the treatment for Botox treatment of hyperhidrosis had no result. I can compare it based on my experience within these treatments. very disappointed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time here for Surgery and as a Nurse, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I highly recommend Medicom and frequently refer my patients from my cosmetic Clinic to them. Reception Staff, translators, Nurses pre and post Op and the Surgeons/Anaesthetist are professional, clean, kind and thoroughly skilled. Rooms are comfy, warm, clean and as a patient, everything is provided for. Never left in pain or discomfort. Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my transconjunctival blepharoplasty surgery yesterday morning (04.02.19) and I am so pleased, although very swollen. My doctor was DR. josef kulhanek and he was very nice and had great bedside manner. I have no faults with Medicom Clinic Spalena.
I cannot wait to see the results. I would definitely recommend and go back. Thank you thank you, thank you!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had laser hair removal 2 weeks ago and the surgeon burnt a large scale of my skin. Neither medical solution, explanation nor compensation to deal with the pigmentation and scar due to the burnt skin but "go to buy the cream and come again to continue the hair removal", as they advised.
Unexpected disappointment and irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not allow the surgeon DR Josef Kulhanek to operate on you. He works at this clinic and it says a lot about the clinic as they chose to allow such low quality surgeons in. I had my Primary Rhinoplasty here, My nose was left with a sever pollybeak deformity as well as breathing issues. I was young and naive and i allowed the surgeon to re operate on me. He somehow made my nose even worse. Left it fractured, allar retraction, hanging columella, tip deformity, removed so much cartilage, deviated septum. The list goes on. I had a surgery in Ireland that cost me 10K to try rectify all of the issues this surgeon left me with. He is not qualified to perform surgery. Please avoid him. I am attaching my photo. The first one is his primary work. The second one is his revision work. The last one is done by a surgeon in Ireland that is actually qualified to perform such procedures. Be careful and avoid this butcher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had surgery on Oct. 16 -2020 breast augmentation with implants (meme / microthane XP 485CC) at Dr. Pulse and the results turned out better than all my expectations. I now have the breast of my dreams. I also want to thank the whole team for their expertise and patience, because I, as a nurse working in Germany, decided on this operation in Prague, at this clinic, and it is the best decision I have made ... THANK YOU once again DR PULSE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to that Clinic and Dr Kulhanek - I was there for a liposuction and the result is horrible! I have distortion and holes on my inner legs, arms and stomach! This is mayhem what he is doing! So I have to sue via court!
