★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smrdí rasismem! Po každý když chci novou vízu, tak chtějí novou fotografii ! Fakt nechápu, proč nechtějí použít tu samou, co jsem měl dřív. Prý musí být nová a nesmí být stará víc jak 6 měsíců ! Co to je pro boha ????????? No, musím říct, že už mám v kolekci 6 fotek který už na další vízum do Ruska nesmím použít!!!!
It smells of racism! Every time I want a new visa, they want a new photo! I really don't understand why they don't want to use the same thing I had before. They say it must be new and must not be more than 6 months old! What is it for God ????????? Well, I have to say that I already have 6 photos in the collection that I can't use for another visa to Russia !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличный визовый центр! Народу никого (оно и понятно, пандемия). Единственная сотрудница говорит на трёх языках (чешский, английский, русский). Обслуживание вежливое. Фотографируют на месте. Оплата только наличными.
Случайно оставил там карточку вакцинации и не заметил. Так сотрудница Алёна сама позвонила, спросила, удобно ли мне будет забрать вместе с паспортом или я приеду раньше. Вроде бы мелочь, но впечатление очень приятное!
Excellent Visa Application Center! No one to the people (it is understandable, a pandemic). The only employee speaks three languages (Czech, English, Russian). The service is friendly. Photographed on the spot. Payment only in cash.
Accidentally left the vaccination card there and did not notice. So the employee Alena called herself and asked if it would be convenient for me to pick it up with my passport or if I would come earlier. It seems to be a trifle, but the impression is very pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were very nice and polite, I came once with missing documents and they told me what I needed to fix and told me come back the next day with the right ones. I did and then my visa was approved and I picked it up 8 days after!
