★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One they have taken your money they no longer respond to your queries and concerns. Used them twice - but never again. If something goes wrong or changes you will be on your own and they will ignore you completely. Considering their high fees anyway the lack of communication and unreliability is just not worth it.
