TLS Prague services were smooth and comfortable. The agents are very nice and explain everything you ask?

The experience has been sub-par. The person receiving the application was very well informed and kind but the equipment used to scan were sub-standard, the place is well 1 room. They had over booked and TLS had some server issues which is when we had some group activity thought up by the agent. For a country like UK and the amounts charged for the service, it was pathetic. Not sure how many times I should visit to confirm if this is just a one-off or a real indication of the service one gets..

Absolutely terrible experience. I don't know if it's just a poor TLScontact service.I pay for visa and wait that they open office for week.They close office in Prague becouse his biometric system stop to work.I pay them money for service and nothing they not answer no phone to call.SHAME.

Although there is a decision made for my visa, I'm missing my travel date because they haven't transferred my passport back right after and taking their time without giving any information. No phone number to reach, and when you reach via email again they get back to you so slow, even to urgent matters. Also the website charged me twice for the same 1 added value service and it's been almost 2 weeks and they still didn't respond to my refund request. I hope enough people are making complaints to UK Gov as well so they change the vac to another company.

They only think about money and they don’t know how to communicate with people. And they take a very long time in the process of recovering the passport, so I do not recommend dealing with them

Hi, it looks like it's impossible to book appointment, everything went well, I got my number and payment confirmation, but when I'm redirected to TLS Contact, it shows dates, but no available time slots for any day of this/next and all other following months. Looks like your site might have some problem. Please advise me, how to proceed, thanks.

I booked a flexible appointment and paid 100 euro extra for this service . On their website , the timing stated for visa application is 8:30-13:20 however when i arrived at 12:20 , they told me there is an hour long break between 12-1 and made me wait outside without even a seat. This was extremely unprofessional behavior when I have paid a premium price for the stated time . Strongly dis-recommend the staff at this center

The worst experience in my life. We have submitted documents in Prague. After a month of waiting, we received all the necessary permits and came to pick up a vignette, but someone made a mistake in the birth date of the child (one digit). The employees told us that they could not give us a vignette and would send a document to correct the error. At the same time reported that usually it takes a couple of days and they will contact me. No one contacted. A week later I came to the office, nothing is ready. The staff said they would check everything and call me back.  Nobody called back. There is no contacts for communication with them, they do not give any. I am in 200 km from the office in Prague. So in two weeks I visited the office in Prague again, they say that the document (after 4 weeks) is not yet ready, and again they send email to the UKVI with the comment to me that probably the document is ready and waiting for me somewhere.  As a result, we contact UKVI personally, they corrected this error and finally we received the necessary letter from the UKVI. But! TLScontact sends me a letter that we can pick up the document in Warsaw. In Warsaw, Karl!!! We are in the Czech Republic, all the documents were filed in Prague. How does it work? Why you can't tell the real dates of receiving documents, which is not 3-7 business days, but 3-7 weeks. Why not tell people from Ukraine that it will be cheaper and faster for them to pay for your help? And what should we do now? Which country should I visit to receive the document?
