T	Tomas Bělík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalitní firma se pozná až podle toho jak reaguje na případné reklamace a to je tady bohužel jedna velká tragédie. Když jsem jim tehdy dal dvě hvězdy a napsal to tu, tak jsem byl hned kontaktován, proč jsem to udělal. Nechal jsem se ukecat a změnil hodnocení, ačkoliv po pár pokusech mi brána po více než roce stejně nefunguje jak má. Motorům Somfy u nich rozumí leda tak přímo člověk od Somfy, kterému pořád volají. Sorry, ale na mé žádosti o opravu od počátku reagujete vždy tak po 2 měsících, mnoha slibech a stejně k ničemu...kašlu na Vás a radši přijdu o záruku a zaplatím si někoho, kdo tomu rozumí. Rozhodně moje nejhorší zkušenost při celé stavbě domu, určitě bych nedoporučil. Komentovat to, jak tehdy po mé negativní reakci najednou přibylo mnoho 5* recenzí od lidí, kteří mají vždy jenom jednu recenzi a dokonce mají stejné jméno jako vaši zaměstnanci není třeba dalšího komentáře. A quality company can be identified only by how it responds to possible complaints, and this is unfortunately one big tragedy here. When I gave them two stars then and wrote it here, I was immediately contacted why I did it. I let myself be teased and changed my rating, although after a few attempts, the gate doesn't work as it should after more than a year. Somfy's engines are only understood by a person from Somfa, whom they keep calling. Sorry, but you always respond to my request for repair from the beginning after 2 months, many promises and the same to no avail ... I cough on you and I'd rather lose my warranty and pay someone who understands it. Definitely my worst experience in the whole construction of the house, I would definitely not recommend. It is not necessary to comment on how many 5 * reviews from people who have only one review at a time and even have the same name as your employees suddenly after my negative reaction.

Firmu Luxline urcite mohu doporucit! We are very satisfied with the delivery of fence fills, gates and gates, everything looks beautiful and high quality, just the installation has been extended by about 3 weeks. I can definitely recommend Luxline!

Telefon nebere technik, Oubrecht a majitel naslibuje opravu a nic. Plot od nich má i muj otec a stejná zkusenost. Po 5 ti urgencich, prosbach 1x prijeli... Hruza! Na sms neodpovidají. Na mail z listopadu neodpovedeli... termin opravy jsem mel 18. 10. a nic a dale 16. 11. a nic! NEDOPORUCUJI. V roce 2022 došlo konečně k nápravě a úpravě brány tak, aby to fungovalo... měním na 3* As the lord wrote ... they do not take phones to adjust the gate, promises, waiting at the agreed date (October and November 2021). The phone is not picked up by a technician, Oubrecht and the owner promise repairs and nothing. My father has the same fence from them and the same experience. I had the repair deadline on 18 October and nothing and then on 16 November and nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. In 2022, the gate was finally repaired and modified to make it work ... I'm changing it to 3 *

Naprostá spokojenost, vrata mám cca 5 měsíců, nemůžu si na nic stěžovat. Pakliže chcete celohliníková vrata, cena zcela jistě bezkonkurenční. S arogantním přístupem majitele (jak někteří píší), jsem se opravdu nesetkal. Naopak, byl velmi ochotný a vstřícný. The gates are beautiful, the engines are quiet, the TaHoma system has no faults, everything works as it should. The company met the delivery date in advance. Absolute satisfaction, I have about 5 months of gates, I can't complain about anything. If you want all-aluminum doors, the price is definitely unbeatable. I have not really encountered the arrogant attitude of the owner (as some write). On the contrary, he was very helpful and helpful.

Brána je moc hezká, kvalitní a hlavně plnohodnotně funkční. Chválím přístup firmy, jako jedni z mála poskytují plnohodnotný servis přes poptávku, nabídku, technické poradenství až po samotnou realizaci. Perfektní přístup všech pracovníků. Vše proběhlo dle domluvy, byly dodrženy termíny a i cena byla příznivá. Máme krásný kvalitní plot a bránu, která skvěle funguje a celkově jsme moc spokojení. Když nastane problém, tak pořád jen sliby , sliby a nic se neděje, stále jen zítra, příští týden. atd., po čase už s vámi nekomunikuje vůbec nikdo (ani pan majitel). Pokud už musíte u této firmy nakoupit, neplaťte dokud nemáte vše ve 100% stavu, protože jinak už vám to nikdo nedodělá. Prostě nakupujute bez jakékoli záruky.
