Když se neozýval, musel jsem se sám připomenout, už to mi přišlo divný. Ale nezvedal mi telefon. Tak jsem volal z čísla manželky, to, bohužel pro něj, zvedl. Bylo mi jasné, že něco není správně, tak se rovnou ptám jestli máme poptat jinou firmu. Byl jsem ujištěn, že ne. Hodně jsme naléhali na udělání plotovek, protože máme štěně, které nemůžeme bez plotu nechat lítat venku a v kotci nebo doma zbytečně trpí. Zhruba týden po tom, co jsem byl ujištěn, že s námi počítají a nemusím hledat jinde, jsem opět volal co se děje, jenže nikdo zase nezvedal telefony. Místo toho mi přišel mail, že zakázku odmítají , kvůli jiné velké zakázce. Chápu business, ale nechápu tohle odporný chování. I do not recommend this company one hundred percent. So I called from my wife's number, unfortunately for him, picked it up. It was clear to me that something was wrong, so I immediately ask if we should ask another company. I was assured not to. We insisted a lot on making fences, because we have a puppy that we can't let fly outside without a fence and suffer unnecessarily in a pen or at home. About a week after I was assured that they were counting on us and I didn't have to look elsewhere, I called again what was happening, but no one answered the phones again. Instead, I received an email saying they were rejecting the job because of another big job. I understand business, but I don't understand this disgusting behavior.

Po zpracované cenové nabídce a již domluveném zaměření se mi firma ozvala, že mou zakázku ruší kvůli jiné, větší zakázce, která ale byla patrně poptávaná později než moje. V průběhu komunikace přestával pan jednatel brát telefon, také jsem mu musel volat z jného čísla aby to vzal. Nakonec nám dnes napsali že kvůli jiné větší zakázce to ruší. Před podpisem smlouvy... My máme doladěnou cenu, vše jsem zkreslisl pro ně, hlasování SVJ... čistá radost, no jdeme dál. I have to add to other comments with the same experience and unfortunately negative.
