Velmi milý a vstřícný personál, čisté a profesionální prostředí, nemám jedinou výtku k práci lékařky a celého personálu. Z mého pohledu mohu jen doporučit. I have only the best experience with the Petra Clinic so far. Very nice and helpful staff, clean and professional environment, I have no complaints about the work of the doctor and the whole staff. From my point of view, I can only recommend.

Jsem strašně spokojená, během 2 měsíců 11 kilo. Teď pracuji na omlazení obličeje a věřím že i tady budu spokojená. I have to share, I have 11 kilos downstairs. Ať už paní primářka, majitelka, nebo i paní co mi vykonávala zákrok podruhé (jméno nevím) byly moc ochotné, milé a fajn. Jednoduchá komunikace, vše čisté a příjemné. Šílená bolestivost (byla sem na laser několikrát v minulosti a nedalo se srovnat), ale ok... nicméně výsledkem pouze spálená kůže - i tam kde tetování nebylo což nechápu, krvavé puchýře a po vyhojení efekt 0... nikdy víc... vlastnit drahé stroje bohužel není výhra - důležitá je i ODBORNÁ obsluha. Nyní docházím jinam, i na jiné tetováni (stejně staré, stejnou barvou atd.) a průběh i výsledek je úplně jinde. Nepotřebuji odpověď, jen chci upozornit jiné klientky. A	Anna Musálková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přítel měl jít na menší zákrok (redukce patra, kvůli chrápání) byl i zapůjčen přístroj (monitoring spánku) všechno proběhlo v klidu a přístroj byl vrácen bez žádného poškození a dokonce klinika má i data z měření. Nicméně přítel si objednal termín, kdy zákrok se vykoná a zaplatil jim peníze dopředu, protože si to vyžádali a dostal termín, poté se ozvali že ten doktor, co má vykonat zákrok mému příteli je nemocen a tudíž se termín musí odložit, tak se termín odložil a po telefonu sdělili, že dají vědět jestli budou moct příteli provést zákrok v tom novém termínu, ale nikdo se neozval a nikdo příteli nezvedá telefon a nikdo s ním nekomunikuje a několikrát jim i volal, prostě stručně řečeno: Shrábli prachy a zákrok se neuskutečnil a peníze nikdo nevrátil a tohle je výsledek. Jsem ještě teď v šoku z toho nepovedeného zákroku. Přišla jsem k Vám s tím, že mi za 15 000 kč uděláte krásný nos, podle mého přání. A zase to bylo jinak, vše to bylo podle paní doktorky. Co jsem chtěla tak se neudělalo. Lidokain jsem na sobě neměla snad ani 10 min. Bolelo to jako ďas a trpěla jsem. Nejsem s výsledkem spokojená a požaduji reklamaci. I decided to have just my forehead done. The doctor injected so little that I almost did not feel anything and in just four dots. This felt very different from all other botox treatments I had before in my life. I suspected he injected almost nothing and now one week later I realize I was right. I don't see any effect. This doctor thinks he can rip off tourists who don't come back anyway. I will always come to back to Prague not certainly to Petra Clinic!
