★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got an appointment there almost 2 months in advance. At the time of my appointment there were 3 people still waiting to be admitted by doctor. With at least 30 minutes for each I would have to wait 1,5 hour. They just don't care, no calls, sms about a change of the time of appointment. There are two or three idiotic receptionists, preoccupied only by money collection. Arrogant, unprofessional approach, (or they may be tread patients differently, according their preferences). Corrupt, greedy service. Avoid by any means

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there over a year ago with a problematic skin (acne and scars) and I went there for a laser + chemical peeling. I must say, doctors who I met were nice, however, I am definitely not happy with anything. Firs of all, on my first procedure, something went wrong and the laser basically burned a little bit of my skin on the forehead which, I guess, can happen but what surprised me was the doctor's approach to the situation. Yes, she tried to help me by giving me the cold compress and consulting the situation with other doctors but she didn't informed me about anything until I asked her. Instead of that, she was running out of the office and back. When I asked them for a compensation, she said that they will give me back some amount out of the price I paid after the whole procedure. Well, when we finished, my skin wasn't better at all and I didn't get anything back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did botox at the clinic a few weeks ago and was very happy with the result. The doctor who performed the procedure was a true professional. Very kind and polite receptionists, booking an appointment was no problem at all. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this clinic twice and had a great experience both times. First, I scheduled appointments via email which is great since I hate calling. Everyone in the clinic speaks English and is easy to communicate with.
The doctor was very attentive to details, explained everything about upcoming surgery (mole removal). She and the nurse were constantly asking how I was feeling. The cut was very small and beautifully done, I can’t even see it after a half a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this people, they are SCAMMERS, specially if you are not from the Czech Republic. I paid more than 600 euros for a liquid facelift but my face still the same.
On the first appointment Dr Petr Jirák just pressed the needle between my browns and didn't inject anything. Around my eyes the same. I toke pictures from before and after and my face looks the same. Shame on you.
The receptionist, the tall young one, is also very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using my partners account because I can't believe the rubbish people are saying about one of the best plastic surgery clinic in the World I should know I'm a Director of a large medical company for 25 years and have seen 100s of clinics. This clinic was founded by Professor Mestek he has 100s of patents and has been given several awards for developing new techniques for breast cancer suffers. He is the adviser for the Czech government on anything to do with plastic surgery and has taught reconstruction surgery for longer than I have been on this earth. I could not recommended the Clinic enough. You might wait a bit because everyone wants to go there from Prague and another nations I had my upper eyelids done a while ago and the experience was amazing I'm looking to book to have a facelift there is nobody else I would trust. And that's with 25 years of experience in the industry and I have first class honours in a medical degree...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick appointments, friendly welcome, good communiaction, professional treatment with alexandrite laser and erbium YAG laser by a dermatology doctor. Really satisfying results with pigment spots and fibromas already after one week.
