Zákroku jsem se dost obával, a proto jsem celou věc odkládal. Nakonec jsem ho podstoupil a můžu jen poděkovat. Musím říci, že si cením velmi podrobné konzultace s paní doktorkou před zákrokem. Dost mne uklidnila a dopodrobna objasnila co se bude dít. Děkuji alespoň touto cestou celému týmu paní doktorce. At the clinic, I had my circles adjusted. Vše proběhlo velice rychle - konzultace blesková a pouze o anestezii, s MUDr. Adamcovou, která zákrok potom nedělala, ani mu nebyla přítomna. Pokožka ošetřena nesouvisle, nerovnoměrně, aplikace nahodilá, bez ohledu na stav a kvalitu kůže v daném místě. Hodně míst vynecháno, nosoretní rýha ošetřena jen jedna. Snaha o nápravu ze strany kliniky žádná. Navíc mi nebylo předem sděleno, že na pokožku nesmí být ráno před zákrokem aplikován mastný krém. Celkový průběh i samotné provedení zákroku na mě působily neprofesionálně, už bych sem proto znovu nešla (dobrý dojem také nedělalo, že mi byl při změně termínu ze strany kliniky telefonicky sdělen jiný důvod a nabídnut jiný náhradní termín, než mi další den někdo napsal a nabídl e-mailem). No effort on the part of the clinic. In addition, I was not told in advance that no oily cream should be applied to the skin in the morning before the procedure. The overall course and the implementation of the procedure seemed unprofessional to me, so I would not come here again (it also did not make a good impression that when the clinic changed the date I was told another reason and offered another alternative date than someone wrote and offered me the next day). by e-mail).
