I emailed the contact on the website and they started to work again. Not sure if they could be reset remotely or if it was a coincidence, but another lady and I had spent too much time and money on drying by then.
C	C Heston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructions are in several languages, there are usually other customers to help guide you through if necessary. Basically you load the washing machine first, go to the pay machine which takes credit cards, or Czech Crowns, (paper or metal is OK) and pay for your corresponding lettered machine. Then go back to your machine and press 'start.' Simple really. A medium load is 150 Cz. You don't need soap, it is included when the machine turns on. Wash takes 55 minutes. There is a great little Hawaiian themed cafe/bar next door called the Aloha, go there while you wait, look for the '54 Dodge with a surfboard on top. No, I'm not kidding. NOW FOR THE BAD NEWS. When you go to dry your clothes, there is no heat, none, zip, flip-flop nada, it spins the clothes at ambient temperature and you'll end up taking your clothes back to the hotel and draping them everywhere for several hours until they actually dry. No I'm not kidding there, either. 36 minutes of tumble costs 150 Cz also. Better than hand washing in the hotel I suppose. Dryers really are almost non-functional.

There is a soap dispensing machine, but it is currently out of order. The sign that says out of order though also says that soap is provided in the machines, so no big deal. The cost to pay with cash rather than a ticket from the machine is 10 Karunas more for a small washing machine.
T	Tina Bowen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, clean laundromat. Instructions were available in Czech, English, German and Spanish or Italian (I’m not sure which). There were three sizes of washers, plus they even had a separate washer and dryer for pet bedding. You can use Czech coins or paper money up to 500czk. The dryers are in 12 minute cycles, and there are plenty of carts for moving your clothes to/from the washers and dryers. There were also clean tables to fold clothes on. As a bonus, they had good, working, free WiFi. The laundromat is also tucked in next to the Aloha Bar, Hanger Restaurant, and is across from the back of the Spanish Synagogue. I would have given it 5 stars, but one of the dryers did not get fully hot on high heat. There is also a tv that was not working. It would have been nice to watch the tv while waiting. Lastly, I passed by later in the evening and saw the light in the front part of the laundromat was out or off. All in all, it was a good clean, easy place to do laundry. With a few tweaks it would be five stars.
