★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl to otřesný zážitek, prádelna ztratila několik ručníků a hlavně vytěrak na podlahu , takže jsem neměla v bytě klienta čím pracovat . Ukrajinské zaměstnankyně to nehodlaly řešit , tvrdily , že tam nic takového nebylo !
 It was a horrible experience, the laundry lost a few towels and especially a floor mop, so I had nothing to work for in the client's apartment. Ukrainian employees did not want to solve it, they claimed that there was nothing like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pretty bad experience here. Firstly, it cost me about 12 euros to get a small load of laundry done. I find this to be quite high especially in Prague. The second thing was that my clothes are still dirty. The dirt stains on some of my clothes are just a little less apparent now but you can still very clearly see them. There's other places nearby that I would try before coming here.

Im not sure about the pricing. It needs to be more clear since they are charging by KG and there is extra charges if you want your cloth before 3 days.
