The beer was nice though, and the waiter was helpful.

Came in here for lunch when we were staying across the road and we were very pleasantly surprised. Staff were very attentive and the portions very large considering the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic meat and potato strong menu. Beautiful, fresh, and delicious Pilsner Urquell draft beer straight from the copper vats. I had the sausage appetizer, proj cutlet with potato salad. Chicken Caesar salad and to top it off apple strudel with a scoop of vanilla AND whipped cream. What an amazing first day in Prague.
Notice clean my dinner plate and dessert plates are!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed pork knee and pork cuttlet. Especially pork knee was tasty and huge. Maybe 3 people can share this single menu. Harmony of crusty surface and soft flesh was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It can be a good idea to visit this place if you are either just thirsty or want to eat as well in this part of Prague.
Tank beer there was pleasant. Mulled wine was good too.
Marinated cheese was one of the best I ate. Klobasa was ok. Didn't try the main courses.
The Interior is interesting. Old-style Czech pub. Shining beer tanks. And many details related to football. Looks like the owner is a fan of the game.
I would recommend it.
