O	Ondřej Dušek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and useful (though expensive) services, but there's a terrible personnel. When I came for my cambridge exams results (during regular opening hours; still two hours till closing time), there was nobody at the reception for more than twenty minutes (and I looked all around the place) to give it to me, and they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience when they came. I didn't expect that from an institution with such a name.
B	Best Person in the World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unhelpful personnel. When I came to collect (my very expensive) language certificate (during opening hours) they were acting as if they were doing me a favor. Definitely would not recommend. Reponse to team British Councel: maybe do not send out email with opening hours. Maybe the info about closed office should have been included in this email. Not everyone checks your Facebook.
J	Julie Marcová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every year I go there, the place is bigger, better and sadly more full, their English courses are amazing, they even had to spread into other buildings because this one was too small. It is a nice, fairly accessible place with a coffee machine and friendly teachers - I mean, what else do you need!

She told me that they called her annoying because she was talking to much and that she knows the answers,whats the point of the English if she can't say the answer. The teachers are friendly and the coffee machine is great and functional.

Here are a few facts you should know before starting studying there: 1) There will be no British or English native teachers 2) No contract before starting the course, no obligations...Looks very unprofessional. 3) Payment for the course doesn't include books (which are required sometimes, depends on the level) 4) In case you decide to cancel your course - you should pay admin. fee = 1500 CZK
M	Michael Willhoite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I lived in Prague for three wonderful months, I was alone, but relatively happy. My visits to the British Council were refreshing. There, I could read newspapers from the UK, see an occasional movie, and just relax. The lady in charge was cool and distant, until I left to return to America, at which point she warmed considerably and told me how much she liked seeing me come in. I loved the place — and was crazy about Prague.
