Snažily se skutečně pomoct, vybrat to nejlepší dle našich představ, poučit nás o péči o prstýnky. A s prstýnky jsme samozřejmě naprosto spokojení. Lepší výběr prstýnků si nelze představit. Absolute satisfaction! Ms. very nice, excellent approach to customers. They tried to really help, choose the best according to our ideas, instruct us about the care of the rings. And of course we are absolutely satisfied with the rings. A better choice of rings cannot be imagined.

Máme bílé zlato, chápu, že je zde větší tendence ke škrábancům, ale tohle jsme nečekali :( Friendly staff, but the quality unfortunately crazy. Already on the wedding day I noticed scratches and today two days after the wedding rings scratched in many places. We have white gold, I understand that there is a greater tendency to scratches, but we did not expect this :(

Fast delivery of wedding rings, which we ordered almost at the last minute, pleasant shop staff. Beautiful rings in a beautiful box and a gift :-).

Brilas mohu jedině doporučit :-) We visited the branch in Prague 5, the young lady was very helpful, answered all our questions and there was no problem with the above-standard arrangement! I can only recommend Brilas :-)

Při výběru snubních prstenů jsme proto hledali profesionály, kteří nám trpělivě pomohou s výběrem. Brilas předčil veškerá naše očekávání. Domluvili jsme si schůzku, byli jsme v prodejně sami. Paní prodavačka nás upoznila na řadu důležitých detailů, které je při výběru vhodné brát na zřetel. Potom nám dala prostor si vybrat prsteny, které se nám líbí. Po celou dobu byla kdykoliv připravená se nám věnovat. Druhá schůzka již byla zkouška a vyzvednutí vyrobených prstenů. Z obou schůzek jsme si odnášeli milé dárečky, které nás potěšili. Brilas by mohl školit péči o zákazníky :) Všem vřele doporučuji. Absolute satisfaction. We and my girlfriend are both introverts who want to have a peaceful wedding, including all the preparations. Therefore, we were looking for professionals to choose the wedding rings, who would be patient to help us choose. Brilas exceeded all our expectations. We made an appointment, we were alone in the shop. The saleswoman pointed out a number of important details that should be taken into consideration when choosing. Then she gave us the space to choose the rings we like. All the time she was ready to pay attention to us at any time. The second meeting was already a test and picking up the rings. We took nice gifts from both meetings, which pleased us. Brilas could train customer care :) I highly recommend it.

Dnes jsem dostala prsteny zvětšené. Zpět jsem je dostala v pruhlednem pytlíku bez krabičky, i když jsem je v krabičce posílala na pobočku. Stejně špatnou zkušenost mám s Brilaskou. Tam jsem objednávala náušnice, které jsem ihned musela vyměnit, protože jedna byla rozbitá. Nedoporučuji. The girls at the store are great, but that's about it. I returned the rings because none of them fit in size. I had to send it back and let it enlarge. Today I got the rings enlarged. I got them back in a transparent bag without a box, even though I sent them to the branch in the box. I have the same bad experience with Brilaska. There I ordered earrings, which I had to replace immediately because one was broken. I do not recommend.
