★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dle Maps a webových stránek pobočka je otevřená , ale když jsem tam přišel tak bylo všechno zamčeno. Telefon nikdo nezveda dva dny. Volal jsem před tím než tam jet , potom jak jsem přijel, večer , a dneska ráno.
According to Maps and website, the branch is open, but when I got there everything was locked. Nobody answers the phone for two days. I called before I went there, after I arrived, in the evening, and this morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say, one of the male sales person is very friendly and patient. I forgot to bring passport for tax refund but he offered extra 15% off. The store isn’t very big but it’s got everything I need, end up buying 5 items. Been in Prague for a week and this is the place that has the best service (probably one of the very rare store that has nice attitude in Prague).
