T	Týna Kristýna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takhle nepříjemně jsem se dlouho necítila. YR všeobecně nijak nemusím, chodím si tam ale někdy pro balzámy na rty a čas od času dárkové sady. Tohle bylo ale naposledy, co jsem tuhle pobočku navštívila a zřejmě i celý řetězec. Nemohu být ani slušná, neochotné a arogantní krávy, jakýkoliv slušný pojem by nebyl dostačující, aby vystihl chování personálu. Stojí se založenýma rukama, tváří se jako boží u mučení a na dotaz reagují způsobem, kdy nejen, že mám téměř výčitky z toho, že je ruším, ale také špatně. Odcházela jsme velmi rychle s tím, že na to zapomenu, každý má někdy špatný den, ale když vidím hodnocení dalších lidí, asi nebude problém ve špatném vyspání. I haven't felt so uncomfortable for a long time. I don't need YR in general, but I sometimes go there for lip balms and from time to time gift sets. But this was the last time I visited this branch and probably the whole chain. Nor can I be a decent, reluctant and arrogant cow, any decent concept would not be enough to capture the behavior of staff. They stand with their hands folded, pretending to be torture and responding to the question in a way that not only has almost remorse for interrupting them, but also badly. We left very quickly with the fact that I forget about it, everyone sometimes has a bad day, but when I see the evaluation of other people, it probably won't be a problem in a bad sleep.
a	anstice n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám Yves Rocher moc ráda, neboli teď by se dalo říci "mívala" jsem tuto společnost ráda. Nemohu však nevytknout kvalitu výrobků, které se rok od roku zhoršuji; a teď mluvím o šamponech na vlasy a kondicionéry, které jsem vždy ráda kupovala a byla jsem vždy nadšená jejich kvalitou. Bohužel tu "kvalitativní" změnu u výrobků jsem již zpozorovala nesčetněkrát. Tím také chci poukázat na fakt, že jsem již více než 5 let věrným zákazníkem YR a ráda uplatňují kupony a sbírám body (úrovně). Tento týden se mi stala nepříjemná situace, že mi zbývaly jen dva body k naplnění 3. úrovně, když paní prodavačka mi oznámila, že mám propadlou kartičku, takže o všechny body přicházím. Nechci to mít za vinu paní prodavačce, jen chci naznačit, že byste si měli hlídat platnost kartičky...jinak budete ochuzeny a zrazeny jako já. A také by neuškodilo, kdyby byla paní prodavačka příjemnější - jsem si jistá, že kdyby jí propadly body (které tak usilovně sbírala) by též určitě chtěla pořádné vysvětlení, které jsem stejně moc nedostala. Děkuji. I like Yves Rocher very much, because now you could say "used to" I like this company. However, I cannot help but complain about the quality of products, which are deteriorating from year to year; and now I'm talking about hair shampoos and conditioners that I've always loved to buy and I've always been excited about their quality. Unfortunately, I have noticed this "qualitative" change in products countless times. By this I also want to point out the fact that I have been a loyal customer of YR for more than 5 years and I like to apply coupons and collect points (levels). This week I had an unpleasant situation that I only had two points left to complete the 3rd level, when the saleswoman informed me that I had a failed card, so I was losing all the points. I don't want to blame the saleswoman, I just want to suggest that you should guard the validity of the card ... otherwise you will be impoverished and betrayed like me. And it wouldn't hurt if the saleswoman were more pleasant - I'm sure that if she lost the points (which she collected so hard) she would definitely want a proper explanation, which I didn't get as much. Thank you.

I was buying goods in this store located in Novy Smichov shopping mall for quite a few times, and in general it was always a good experience. The shop itself is small, but it has all main items: shampoo, shower gels, soaps, creams etc. Shop assistants are helpful in case you ask them questions. The only inconvenience is that this shop is really small, and as soon as there are more customers inside (in addition to a security man and shop assistants), it becomes quite difficult to move around.
