★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good big Sephora with great choice of cosmetics and beauty products and nice customer service. It’s often crowded, but there are enough of shop assistants to answer questions in case you need help. They also have a good variety of travel-size products which you can find on the stands near the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the idea of the red baskets for help, black baskets to shop on your own; disappointed that it didn't work though. I walked around the store for almost an hour and not one person offered to help, even with my little red basket on my arm. I did stand around and wait for several associates who were too busy having a conversation with each other, and when they did finally adknowlege me she was visibly annoyed that I asked her to recommend a foundation. They were not super busy, but there were too many customers for all the associates to be standing around in groups talking amongst themselves and not helping customers. I spent 4744. 00 czk but maybe that wasn't enough to get any kind of service in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time in Sephora, the shop workers yelled at me. Nobody gave me free samples. Unfortunately, I know more than one language and I realized that the consultants are discussing me in Russian. I will not come to this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone else already mentioned, the staff is quite horrible. I thought it was just based on my skin colour but, apparently, it has nothing to do. They are just plain rude. Although I bought more than 2k worth of lipstick, I wasn't given any sample. This is the second time I have been to that store and same thing happened. Unfortunately, when you look for availability of some products online, they are only available in NS or chodov. In my case, Andel is closer so I had to go there. I would love if Sephora employees stopped acting like they owned the store and that customers are bothering them when you are asking them to do what they are literally paid for. I do not dress like I am going to a Gala when I go shopping but that doesn't mean that I am a thief or something.
