★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few of the consultants are great, several are unfriendly and way too young to know anything about mature skin care. There's generally a discount on the range I buy, when they have it in stock. But the music is truly revolting, unless you're in your early 20s and night clubbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the rudest staff I have ever met, in fact even spiteful and mean. This is especially said about the security woman who sent customer service on purpose to someone else, after specifically asking for help 15 minutes prior to this incident. I was treated like dirt and in fact left in tears, this is unacceptable, I hope the management does something about it. If I could I would give them 0 for customer service.

I will never shop here again. I was literaly scammed. I guess my fault I trusted this shop ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in shock of this store! I bought a Douglas foundation yesterday, today I decided to use it. At the first pressing there was one transparent thick oil with an unpleasant rancid smell, then the texture seemed to get better, but the smell of the old oil did not go away. The tone was clearly expired, or incorrectly stored. I came to the store, described the situation, the girl looked at me like I was crazy, and condescendingly allowed me to write a request for a refund, and supposedly they will call me back in a month about the decision. I had a similar case a long time ago (around 5 years) in another store, and the money was returned to me immediately on the card, and I bought another foundation in the same store. I do not advise anyone!
