★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodavači ochotní - obchod Sizeer jsou nicméně zloději, nekoupil bych si zde už snad ani ponožky. Prodávají nekvalitní zboží a reklamace neřeší - nebo ji vyřeší za půl roku třeba. Opravdu velmi nepříjemná zkušenost, NIKDY VÍC. Neférovost, arogance a neschopnost.
The sellers are willing - however, the Sizeer store is a thief, I would probably not even buy socks here. They sell low-quality goods and do not solve complaints - or they will solve it in half a year, for example. A really unpleasant experience, NEVER MORE. Unfairness, arrogance and incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutne arogantni prodavac mi tvrdil ze jsem po nem chtel velikost 10.5 v UK kdyz jsem evidentne rekl 10.5 "usa". V zivote jsem nikdy velikosti uk nekupoval. Je lidske se splest, ale je hodne male tvrdit klientovi ze je idiot.Mozna by se vasi orodavaci mohli naucit neco o "customer service". Zde si rozhodne nikdy nic nekoupim. Mimochodem po vstupu do obchodu se mi samozrejmbe nikdo nevenoval.
An absolutely arrogant salesman told me that I wanted a size 10.5 in the UK when I obviously said 10.5 "USA". I've never bought a UK size in my life. It's human to confuse, but it's very small to tell a client that he's an idiot. Maybe your doctor might learn something about "customer service". I will definitely never buy anything here. By the way, after entering the store, of course, no one paid attention to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší prodavači, při přilchodu nepozdravili, hlasitě si vyprávěli “vtipné” příběhy a za každým slovem nálsledovalo jedno sprosté. Z princupu bych si tam nic nekoupil.
The worst salespeople did not greet them on arrival, told "funny" stories out loud, and one word followed each word. I wouldn't buy anything from the prince there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si obuv na internetu a potřebovala jsem vyměnit velikost. Jelikož nesnáším chození na poštu, volala jsem na prodejnu v OC Nový Smíchov.
Zvedl to mladý muž a ochotně mi poradil kde si mohu obuv vyměnit. Nejenže byl moc milý po telefonu, ale i poté na prodejně, kde Vás přivítají dva mladí a usměvavý kluci ?
Na prodejně jsme s přítelem zakoupili další pár obuvi a budu se těšit na další nákupy zde na této prodejně
Takže mohu doporučit všemi deseti ❤️

I ordered the shoes online and needed to change the size. Since I hate going to the post office, I called the store in OC Nový Smíchov.
The young man picked it up and willingly advised me where I could change my shoes. Not only was he very nice on the phone, but also afterwards in the store, where you will be welcomed by two young and smiling boys ?
My friend and I bought another pair of shoes at the store and I look forward to more shopping here at this store
So I can recommend all ten ❤️
