Přišla potvrzovací SMS o vyřízení, ve zprávě rovněž číslo reklamace a ať se dostavím pokud možno mezi 16-21h. Na místě hlásím číslo reklamace,kdy prodavač odchází a zpět mi oznamuje, že reklamaci nemůžeme vyřídit, protože nemám u sebe paragon a reklamační list. Paragon měli již při založení reklamace, proč znovu, když ho navíc mají?? Reklamační list samozřejmě v dnešní době v PC pod číslem, které bylo i v SMS. Omluva se slovy dostavte se prosím jindy, dnes nic neuděláme. Cesta přes celou Prahu 30km, kterou si budu muset dát znovu. Vyhněte se Destroy na Smíchově. Crazy, neo-Marxist, bureaucratic place. Complaints settled almost exactly one day, resolved by refund. Od nelevných bot očekávám ,že něco vydrží a ne že po jednom nošení se začnou loupat ( dodrženy podmínky nošení modní obuvi ). Následná reklamace zamítnuta. Doporučuji se podívat o patro níž ( Eobuv) jak se dělá obchod s obuví ?? The last time I bought shoes in Destroy was !! I was a regular customer, but I won't even buy a shoelace from you anymore. I expect cheap shoes that they will last and not that they start to peel after one wear (the conditions for wearing fashionable shoes are met). Subsequent claim rejected. Nedoporučuji pokud nechcete mít zkaženou náladu. Tak jsem tedy po měsíci zašla na reklamaci, nešlo mi o vrácení peněz ale o výměnu. Slečna mi zdělila že boty které jsem chtěla nemají ve velikosti kterou potřebuji, přitom sem předchozí den hledala na e-shopu, zda boty které chci mají na té samé prodejně z které byly boty Pepe Jeans kupovány.Pak mi slečna řekla že musím počkat měsíc než přijde rozhodnutí. Po měsíci jsem tedy dostala reklamační list s vyjádřením. Nevím jistě jak to chodí v jiných obchodech ale toto vyjádření mi přišlo spíše jako návod, jak boty nosit. "Při nešetrném užívání může být životnost kratší" A při větě " Každou obuv je nutno střídat" my bylo no smíchu. Boty jsem na nohou měla párkrát a při řízení v autě pochybuji že se dokáží boty zbarvit či odlupovat podražka. Při druhém pokusu o reklamaci my opět slečna cpala papír abych napsala své vyjádření. A opět bych čekala další měsíc na to, aby mi někdo radil jak mám nosit boty?A ve finále, ani výměna ani vrácení pěněz. Jen boty na odpis. NEDOPORUČUJI. I'm not sure how it works in other stores, but this statement came to me more as a guide on how to wear shoes. "Unscrupulous use may shorten life" And with the phrase "Every shoe needs to be changed" we were laughing. I had the shoes on my feet a few times and when driving in the car I doubt that the shoes can stain or peel off the sole. On the second attempt at a complaint, the young lady again stuffed a piece of paper to write her statement. And again, I would wait another month for someone to advise me on how to wear shoes, and in the final, neither an exchange nor a refund. Just write-off shoes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

She was irritated when asked for help to try 2 different designs, and when she passed the sandal to me, all the straps were not buckled up at all, i had to do it myself. Even if there was language barrier between us, there should at least have the basic customer service.
