J	James Moody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sháněl jsem nějaké slušné boty, tak jsem tedy zabloudil do tohoto obchodu. Jedny boty mi padly do oka a tak jsem si je pořídil. Byly ve slevě, tak jsem je tedy za nějakých 800 vzal. Tak po čtrnácti dnech jsem zpozoroval horší kvalitu šití. Povolili mi švy na obou botách na stejném místě. Přikročil jsem tedy k reklamaci. Po třech týdnech mi byla reklamce uznána oprávněnou. Jelikož jsem si nějaké recenze přečetl až po nákupu, uznávám že se asi nejedná o obchod se zbožím za adekvátní cenu, však moje reklamace byla uznána, tak mě to neštěstí nic nestálo. Nejspíš se po nových botách podívám někde jinde, ale musím zmínit že s obsluhou jsem neměl žádný problém, spíše naopak, překvapila mě svou profesionalitou, která se poslední dobou bohužel už moc nevidí. Boty sice asi nemají nejlepší kvality ale k reklamaci se postavili dobře, takže za mě 3. I was looking for some decent shoes, so I got lost in this shop. One of my shoes fell in my eye so I bought it. They were discounted, so I took them for some 800. So after fourteen days I noticed a worse sewing quality. They released the seams on both shoes in the same place. So I started to make a complaint. After three weeks, the claim was justified. Since I read some reviews after the purchase, I admit that it is probably not a trade in goods at an adequate price, but my claim was acknowledged, so it cost me nothing. Probably look for new shoes somewhere else, but I must mention that the service I had no problem, rather the contrary, surprised me with its professionalism, which unfortunately recently not see much. Shoes probably do not have the best quality but to stand up well, so for me 3 .
M	Marie Čapková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nula. Kabelka k Vánocům. Crossbody pás špatně vyrobený, karabinka z něj vypadávala. Reklamace - zvolila jsem opravu. Jako “vyřízenou reklamaci” mi vrátili kabelku, na kterou někdo vzal jen kleště a do půlky délky byla karabinka prasklá z obou stran. Prý to vydrží. Kdyžtak mám přijít zas. Ne díky, už nikdy. Zero. Handbag for Christmas. Crossbody belt badly made, snap hook fell out of it. Complaints - I chose a repair. As a "settled complaint" I returned a purse to which someone took only a pair of pliers and half the length of the snap was cracked from both sides. They say it will last. When I have to come again. No thanks, never again.
D	Daniel Nepovím on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenze nepišu, ale po dnešní zkušenosti 5.5. 2022 ve 14:05, jsem šel vŕatit boty, na které bylo pouze 7 dní na vrácení.. Ok Ale zaskočila mě neochota, neurvalost a totálně neprofesionální chování starší, černovlasé pani, která se vyložině vyžívala v předhazování pravidel prodejny. Asi 4x nám zopakovala velmi jízlivě, že máme teda “štěstí” že dnes je poslední den na vrácení zboží. Byla neomalená, neurvalá, drzá a zlá… Nedoporučuji navštěvovat prodejnu v přítomnosti této obsluhy… Velké zklamání, bohužel nebylo se na koho jíného obrátit … I do not write reviews, but after today's experience 5.5. 2022 at 14:05, I went to return the shoes, which were only 7 days to return .. Ok But I was surprised by the reluctance, recklessness and totally unprofessional behavior of an older, dark-haired lady who clearly enjoyed the rules of the store. She repeated to us about 4 times very annoying that we are "lucky" that today is the last day to return the goods. She was blunt, rude, rude and evil… I do not recommend visiting the store in the presence of this staff… Big disappointment, unfortunately there was no one else to turn to…

Then I told her if she could ask for the size in the internet or another store, and super rude she answered me that she already told me that they do not have this number.. Of course I left inmmediately from the store.
