★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went by this location a couple weeks ago because I wanted to switch to solid shampoo and conditioner to help reduce my plastic consumption. I'd never used solid shampoo/conditioner before and the employee I worked with was amazing. She asked detailed questions about my hair type and styling habits and recommended specific formulas over others based on my answers to her questions. In addition to the fantastic customer service, I'm also thrilled with the quality of products that I received (Honey I Washed My Hair shampoo and Jungle conditioner). I will certainly come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop assistants were extremely rude and would not allow us to try any samples. We were not free to look at the products, someone was always following us even when we EXPLICITLY asked to be left alone. Never coming back ever again!! Terrible experience. I usually love lush and use their products frequently but this branch just ain't it. Get new staff
