Jedna slecna mi pomohla vybrat make up a byla velmi profesionalni. Cely obchod je nadherne dekorovany, mene ostrych svetel a vse jako v profi maskerne.. personal byl v dobre nalade, povidaly si mezi sebou a pusobilo to velmi pratelskym dojmem. Profesionalita a pratelstvi. Navic byly damy krasne nalicene... Tesiiim se na dalsi nakup... Like the second Christmas, I always bought products over the internet, but yesterday I visited the store in person and was kidnapped. ? The girls were very helpful and kind. One girl helped me choose make-up and was very professional. Keď som sa slečny pýtala, kedy im doručia produkty, tak mi povedala že za 14 dní a že si to mám radšej objednať cez web. Product availability was completely zero, even testers were empty. When I asked them when they would deliver the products, she told me that in 14 days, I would rather order it through the web.

Pokud ovsem slecna z personalu mi neni schopna vysvetlit rozdily mezi produkty, benefity aplikaci a musim si to googlit, tak mi prijde jejich oznaceni “professional” trochu zcestne. Mozna by bylo fajn lidi zaskolit nebo je nenechat obsluhovat samotne. Snad priste... As a guy with almost zero product knowledge, I would appreciate the advice of experts. However, if the staff member is not able to explain to me the differences between the products, the benefits of the application and I have to googgle them, I will find their designation "professional" a bit miserable. Maybe it would be nice to train people or not let them serve themselves. Maybe next time...

Zkusila jsem to znovu a pořád stejné. Chtěla jsem tedy zkusit dobírku, ale produkt již nebyl k dispozici.. Nicméně v historii objednávek ty objednávky stále byly a že se vyřizují. Tak jsem jim psala mail a bylo mi odpovězeno, že žádná platba nepřisla a že mám udělat novou objednávku.. Čtou vůbec ty maily? I was ordering via the internet and wanted to pay by bank transfer, but there was no email with information where to send the money or anything else. I tried again and again the same. So I wanted to try cash on delivery, but the product was no longer available .. However, in the order history, those orders were still and that they are being processed. So I wrote them an email and was told that no payment came and that I should make a new order .. Do they even read the emails?

Vše mi bylo vysvětleno, nechala jsem si poradit a odcházela jsem maximálně spokojená. Incredibly nice and helpful service, compared to Sephora upstairs is a completely different level. Slečny příjemné a rády poradí a pomůžou. Jediný co mi vadí, že nejde objednat z eshopu a vyzvednout na prodejně. They have definitely improved the availability of products. The only thing that bothers me is that it is not possible to order from the e-shop and pick it up at the store.
