The son bought 2 x bath foam, body creams and hand creams and asked to pack them in boxes. The saleswoman did not put hand cream in any one box, each worth 220, - CZK, ie. that she robbed him of 440, - CZK. Purchase was made on Tuesday, December 11, 2019 at 6:07 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté pour 2400 CZK soit 100€ de cadeau. J’ai ensuite appris que je ne pourrais pas prendre les cadeaux dans l’avion.
J’ai donc demandé un remboursement 3 jours après mais les vendeuses ont refusés. Je leur ai donc demandé un bon d’achat mais là aussi elles ont refusés en disant que je ne pouvais que changer avec des articles.
J’ai alors demandé si une carte cadeau était un article et elle m’a répondu oui. J’ai donc demandé à changer avec la carte cadeau mais elle ne voulait pas.
Bref, vendeuses vraiment pas aimables et non professionnelles. Elles ont juste perdu un client plutôt que de gentiment changer contre une carte cadeau.
Si un manager lit ce message, je vous conseille de revoir le statut de votre employé qui est vraiment incompétente en fidélisation de client.
Je vous déconseille la boutique de Prague
I bought for 2400 CZK or 100 € gift. Then I learned that I couldn't take the presents on the plane.
So I asked for a refund 3 days later, but the saleswomen refused. So I asked them for a voucher but again they refused saying that I could only change with items.
I then asked if a gift card was an item and she said yes. So I asked to change with the gift card but she didn't want to.
In short, really unfriendly and unprofessional saleswomen. They just lost a customer rather than gently changing for a gift card.
If a manager reads this message, I advise you to review the status of your employee who is truly incompetent at customer retention.
I do not recommend the Prague store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the section for men - 5 shelves with 5 scent lines, each shelf having toilet water, aftershave, shampoo and soap. Plus few extras. Easy to understand, easy to choose. And there is what to choose from.
Ladies in the shop are pleasant and understanding.
