★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechapu, proc nikde neuvedete, ze Mango v OC Novy Smichov i v Metropoli Zlicin bylo zruseno. Vsude v mapach i na info koutcich OC je mango uvedeno, jako obchod, ktery lze najit uvnitr OC!
I do not understand why you will not mention anywhere that Mango in the Novy Smichov shopping center and in the Metropolitan Zlicin was canceled. Everywhere in the maps and info corners of the shopping center mango is listed as a shop that can be found inside the shopping center!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestaci ze moj balik mali na predajni odlozeny 4 dni, pri vyzdvihnuti som sa stretla na tejto konkretnej predajni s obrovskou neochotou, nechutou, a uz vobec nie priatelskym spravanim k zakaznikom. Balik mi hladala asi 5 minut couz bola predavacka znacke nervozna ako by to bola moja chyba ze nerozumela moje priezvisko, obciansky som mala nachystany tak ako v emaili bolo napisane no ani raz si ho odomna nevypytala. Skoda reci. Uz dlho som sa nestretla s tak neprijemny personalom a bola som z toho celkom v soku. Odporucam tuto zensku co bola za pokladnou bud dat okamzite preskolit alebo rovno vyhodit. I do not have enough of my bundles to store for 4 days, when I pick up I met at this particular retailer with great reluctance, disgust and most of all not friendship with the customers. Balik hung me for about 5 minutes when the advertiser was annoyed as if it was my mistake not to understand my surname, I was civilized in the same way as in the email it was written, and once she was not asking for it. Skoda reci. For a long time I did not meet with such annoying staff and I was totally in shock. I recommend that this money be immediately curtailed or expelled immediately after the checkout. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Mango shop is smaller than the shops located on Na Prikope street or in Palladium shopping centre, but probably for this reason the personnel is smart with items which they choose for this location. I really like the selection of clothes they have: in a limited space they usually manage to store quite a few different and interesting items. The staff doesn’t ask whether you need any help, but if you have questions, they are quite helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Mango failed to process the refund on time and it is nearly 1000 euros. Ty made a total mess in their systems. Firstly, I did not receive the parcel on time and they made me a replacement order, saying that my order is lost. However, the parcel has been delivered. I informed about that Mango and asked to cancel the replacement order. They did not take it and shortly I received the replacement package, which I did not accept from the courier. I returned the items I did not like to the store and the refund is 3 days overdue now. It is financial obligation that they failed to perform. Terrible experience, the rudest staff in the shop in Prague, Smíchov. Overall, it is the worst online experience I have ever had ((((((
