★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t even deserve one star.. this store has the most terrible client service.. I went twice, the staff give the feeling we are annoying them, and I don’t think that to say Hello it would kill them, it’s the basic of being polite ... 0% of quality staff...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied at all with the women on the cashier desk on Andal praha street , she was so rude , not trained on how to treat the shop customers, she deceived me and took extra euros in exchange for koruna on a very low rate without informing me& when I told her I want to pay in Koruna , she refused in an impolite behavior and said I am not a normal person, so please take care for your customers more than that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are only approx. one to three Terranova stores with men's clothes in Prague. This is one of them.
Depending on your taste, you might like the style of clothes or not. Personally, I like it a lot.
Prices aren't too high.
However, price tags do not include VAT. Final price is always higher than expected. I count this as a trick to lure customers. This does not reflect the brand though. Clothes remain the same.
Calculate real price manually, or leave it to cash register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes are affordable and trendy. However, there is one woman with short black hair who is the most rudest woman I’ve met. My family spent around 2000 crowns at this store and very unimpressed with her quality of service. She talked badly about us to her co worker, rolled her eyes at us and talked to us very rudely. I come from Dubai which is a very well reputed and rich place where customer service is very important and I am very disappointed with how she works at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop does not deserve money. Terrible customer service. Wanted to return rightfully bought goods, shopkeeper stressed and escalated whole situation. Despite not break any law in the end, I will recommend to avoid everybody this fashion shop.
